Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we or service providers supporting the Site may automatically collect device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location derived from IP address, date/time information and diagnostic or security logs.
Calculator information
Our buyer representation calculator may process information you enter, such as an estimated purchase price, selected service plan and hypothetical seller-paid compensation scenario. Calculator results are illustrative. Unless you submit or save information through a form, calculator inputs may be used only to generate the on-screen estimate, subject to the Site's technical configuration.
Sensitive personal information
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account credentials, passwords or other highly sensitive information through general website contact forms. If sensitive information is needed for a transaction, we may direct you to an appropriate secure process or third-party provider.
3. Sources of Personal Information
We may collect information directly from you; automatically from your browser or device; from people you authorize to communicate with us; from real estate professionals and transaction participants; and from service providers that support our website, communications or real estate operations. Information obtained in an actual transaction may also come from public records, MLS or property-data sources, lenders, escrow or title providers, inspectors and other parties involved in the transaction, as permitted by law and applicable agreements.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose information as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy to:
- Brokerage personnel and affiliated licensees who need the information to respond to you or provide authorized services.
- Technology and operational service providers that provide website hosting, forms, communications, CRM, analytics, cybersecurity, document management, scheduling or similar support.
- Transaction participants when you engage us for brokerage services, such as sellers and listing brokers, lenders, escrow and title providers, inspectors, appraisers, transaction coordinators, attorneys and other parties reasonably involved in the transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising or analytics technologies in a manner that constitutes “selling” or “sharing” under applicable California privacy law, we will provide the choices and signals required by that law.
6. Telephone Calls, Text Messages and Email
If you provide your contact information and request contact, we may use the information to respond to your request. Where required by law, marketing calls or text messages will be made only with the legally required consent. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing a property or obtaining brokerage services.
Message and data rates may apply to text messages. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP and may request help by replying HELP, where supported. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message. Transactional or service communications may continue when reasonably necessary to provide services you requested or administer an existing transaction.
Providing a telephone number does not authorize us to disregard the National Do Not Call Registry, state do-not-call requirements or other applicable communication laws.
7. Cookies, Analytics and Online Tracking
The Site may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies for essential functionality, security, preferences, analytics and, if enabled, advertising measurement. Third-party service providers may collect information through these technologies according to their own privacy policies.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no single universally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, the Site may not respond to traditional DNT signals. Where applicable California law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), we will process a valid signal as required for the browser or device from which it is sent.
8. California Privacy Rights
California law may provide residents with privacy rights depending on the law that applies to the particular processing and whether the applicable statutory thresholds are met. These rights may include the right to request access to or disclosure of certain personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of certain information, and information about categories of collection and disclosure.
If the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), applies to our processing, eligible California consumers may also have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
To submit an applicable privacy request, email info@ourbuyersadvantage.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity and request sufficient information to locate the relevant records. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to appropriate verification of authority.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, to provide requested services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with brokerage and legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and protect against fraud or misuse. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the reason it is maintained. We do not intend to retain information longer than reasonably necessary for these purposes.
10. Information Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. No website, network, electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for using appropriate care when transmitting information online.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site and buyer representation services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the matter and take appropriate action.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may link to third-party websites, property portals, lenders, escrow providers, inspectors or other service providers. We do not control those third parties and this Policy does not govern their privacy practices. Review the privacy notice and terms of each third party before providing information.
Nothing on this Site guarantees that a third-party provider will offer the lowest rate, lowest fee, best terms or any particular outcome. You remain free to select service providers subject to your transaction documents and applicable law.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements or privacy practices. The “Last updated” date identifies the most recent revision. Material changes will be presented in a manner appropriate to the nature of the change and applicable law.
